Dr. Alexander received his medical degree from the University of Lublin in 2011, followed by an internship at Harlem Hospital in 2013. He went on to complete his residency in ophthalmology at Nassau University Medical Center, and further honed his subspecialty skills through a prestigious fellowship in Retina and Vitreous Surgery at Columbia University. His dedication to education and excellence is reflected in his affiliations with the Association of University Professors of Ophthalmology (AUPO), the American Society of Retina Specialists (ASRS), the American Academy of Ophthalmology (FAAO), and his Diplomate status with the American Board of Ophthalmology (DABO).
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Alexander exemplifies service and compassion. Early in his career, he embarked on a mission trip to India, providing critical eye care to underserved communities. He remains active in hospital-sponsored community outreach initiatives, working to enhance vision health and awareness. When he’s not in the operating room, Dr. Alexander enjoys mountain biking with his dog, embracing an active lifestyle that mirrors his dynamic approach to medicine.
